Pool Openings
Standard Pool Openings Includes:
- Remove & Store the Pool Cover (tarp covers are subject to an additional charge)
- Remove Winterizing Plugs/gizmos and replacement with directional nozzles (return fittings)
- Filter equipment restarted
- Test the Water & Add Chemicals
- Test Your Filter, Pump & Heater
- Reinstall Ladders & Handrails
- Reinstall of skimmer and pump baskets
- Algaecide and shock added to begin chemical process and aid in water clarity
- Systems with chlorine generator cells (for salt systems) will be inspected and acid washed, if needed at time of opening (additional charges apply)
Opening does not include cleaning and vacuuming. Additional cost is required for cleaning.
Pool Closings
Standard Pool Closings Include:
- Shut down and drain equipment
- Lower water to the appropriate level
- Test water and add wintering chemicals as needed
- Remove and store deck equipment (ladders, handrails, etc…)
- All plumbing lines winterized with air blower.
- Winterization chemicals* and anti-freeze, where necessary
- Tarp covers are subject to an additional charge.
Closing does not include any cleaning/vacuuming.
